Returns must be logged within 48 hours of delivery or collection via WhatsAp or email. Products must be unopened, unused, and suitable for resale. Opened products, unsold reseller stock, or damaged items(excluding those damaged in transit) cannot be returned. Approved returns may qualify for replacement stock or store credit. Defective products remain protected under the Consumer Protection Act.
