Khanya Life Pilot Reseller Programme: Key Terms Summary

Before joining the pilot programme, please note the following high-level participation terms:
- Participants operate as independent resellers and not employees, partners, or agents of Khanya Life.
- Stock is purchased upfront and remains subject to availability.
- No guaranteed income, profits, or sales performance is offered.
- Participants may only use approved product messaging and may not make medical, cure, or misleading claims.
- Pricing, rewards, incentives, and pilot structures may evolve during the test phase.
- Participation is subject to conduct, brand alignment, and programme compliance.
- Rewards, credits, points, or future token-based systems (where applicable) do not constitute shares, ownership, or financial products.
- Khanya Life reserves the right to suspend or remove participants acting fraudulently, dishonestly, or in ways that damage the brand or community.
- Personal information will be processed in line with applicable South African privacy laws (POPIA).

A fully comprehensive Participation Agreement, including operational policies, reseller obligations, data/privacy terms, liability provisions, dispute resolution, brand usage rules, and programme mechanics, will only be shared once:
- Your account/profile has been created; and
- Your application has been reviewed and vetted by the Khanya Life team.
